Key issues and questions you should be asking will be discussed as well as strategies for understanding how you can add value to a LEED project. You have just been awarded a new project with LEED requirements, what will be your approach? Did you estimate it as a LEED project? What does that have to do with Electrical? What are these different LEED ratings? What are your responsibilities as the electrical contractor? What will the General Contractor be holding you accountable for?
